Create your account on CollabPulse by visiting the sign-up page. Enter your name, email address and choose a strong password. Alternatively, you can sign up quickly using your Google account — just click "Sign in with Google" and grant the necessary permissions. After registration you will receive a confirmation email.

Email Verification

After registering, check your inbox for a verification email from CollabPulse. Click the link inside to verify your address. Without verification, some features may be restricted. If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new one from the sign-in page.

Setting Up Your Business Profile

Once logged in, you will be guided through the onboarding wizard to set up your business profile. Fill in your business name, description, category, location, and contact details. The more complete your profile, the better your match quality. You can also upload your business logo and add your Instagram handle and website.

How the Swipe Feature Works

Navigate to the "Discover" section to browse nearby businesses. Each card shows the business name, category, location, and a brief description. Swipe right (or click the heart icon) to express interest, swipe left (or click the X) to pass. When both businesses swipe right on each other, a match is created and you can start a conversation.

Filters and Radius

You can adjust your search radius in the business settings to see partners within a specific distance. Your profile settings also let you specify your target audience types and collaboration preferences, which helps the platform surface the most relevant partners for your business.

Super Like

Use the Super Like button (star icon) to stand out and signal a strong interest in a particular business. Super likes are more visible to the recipient and increase the likelihood of a mutual match. Use them selectively to make the most impact.

Question 7

Proposing a Collaboration

Once you have matched with a business, open the match details and click "Start Collaboration". Fill in the collaboration title, choose a type (cross-promo, bundle deal, joint event, etc.), set discount terms, validity period, and any custom conditions. Submit the proposal — your partner will receive a notification.

Accepting or Rejecting a Proposal

When you receive a collaboration proposal, navigate to the "Collaborations" tab to review it. You can view all the proposed terms, discount percentage, dates, and notes. Click "Accept" to activate the collaboration or "Reject" to decline. The proposing business will be notified of your decision immediately.

Collaborations move through several statuses:
• Proposed — waiting for the partner to review
• Active — accepted and running
• Paused — temporarily suspended by either party
• Completed — finished successfully
• Cancelled — ended before completion
• Rejected — declined by the receiving party

You can manage status transitions from the collaboration details page.

Overview of the Voucher Flow

The voucher system lets Business A issue vouchers to customers, who then redeem them at Business B. This drives cross-traffic between partner businesses. The flow involves three roles: the issuing business, the customer, and the redeeming business.

For Business A — Issuing a Voucher

Step 1: Navigate to your active collaboration in the "Collaborations" section.
Step 2: Open the collaboration details and click the "Issue Voucher" button.
Step 3: A unique QR code is generated and displayed on screen.
Step 4: Show the QR code to your customer (on screen or printed).
Step 5: The customer scans the code with their phone camera or QR reader.
Step 6: The customer is taken to a claim page where they can optionally enter their email or phone number.
Step 7: The voucher is created and the customer receives a unique voucher code.

Vouchers are tied to the specific collaboration and reflect the agreed discount percentage.

For the Customer — Claiming a Voucher

Step 1: Scan the QR code shown to you by Business A using your phone camera.
Step 2: Your browser opens the CollabPulse voucher claim page automatically.
Step 3: Optionally enter your email address or phone number (this helps the business track voucher usage and may allow them to send you the code digitally).
Step 4: Tap "Claim Voucher".
Step 5: Your unique voucher code is displayed on screen. Copy or note it down.
Step 6: Present this code to the staff at Business B when making a purchase to receive your discount.

No account is required to claim a voucher — any customer can do it in seconds.

Question 13

For Business B — Redeeming a Voucher

Step 1: Navigate to the "Vouchers" section in your dashboard.
Step 2: Click "Redeem Voucher" (or visit the /vouchers/redeem page directly).
Step 3: Enter the voucher code provided by the customer (e.g. GYM-X7K2).
Step 4: Click "Validate" to check the voucher status, discount amount, and remaining redemptions.
Step 5: Review the displayed information — issuing business, discount percentage, and expiry.
Step 6: Click "Confirm Redemption" to apply the voucher. The system marks it as redeemed.

Each voucher can have a maximum number of redemptions. Once the limit is reached, no further redemptions are possible.

Voucher Statuses

Every voucher passes through the following statuses:
• Pending Claim — the QR code was generated but the customer has not yet claimed it
• Active — the voucher has been claimed and is ready to be redeemed at the partner business
• Redeemed — the voucher was successfully used; no further redemptions possible
• Expired — the voucher passed its validity date without being redeemed
• Cancelled — the voucher was manually cancelled by the issuing business

You can filter vouchers by status in the Vouchers dashboard tab.

Voucher Analytics

In the Collaborations section, each active collaboration shows voucher statistics including: total vouchers issued, number claimed by customers, number redeemed at the partner business, and an overall conversion rate. The Business plan removes collaboration and swipe limits. You get unlimited daily swipes, unlimited active collaborations, basic analytics, all collaboration templates, and priority support. Perfect for businesses actively growing their local network.

Network Plan — €29/month

The Network plan is designed for agencies, franchises, and multi-location businesses. It includes everything from Business, plus: team management (up to 5 members), network analytics with data export, white-label branding (your logo, colors, custom subdomain), API and webhook integrations, a full audit log, and VIP support with a 2–4 hour SLA and personal account manager.

Swipe Limits

On the Free plan, you can swipe up to 50 times per day in the Discover feed. Your swipe count resets at midnight (UTC). On Business and Network plans, swipes are unlimited. Your remaining swipes are displayed on the Billing page and in the Discover feed.

Managing Your Subscription

Manage your subscription from Dashboard → Billing. From there you can upgrade, view your current plan details, cancel your subscription, or update your payment method. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Team Management

Go to Settings → Team Management to manage your team. Invite up to 5 members by email — choose between Admin (can invite/remove) and Member (view-only) roles. The owner has full control and cannot be removed. A member counter shows how many slots are used.

Visit Analytics → Network Analytics to see performance across your organization: total and active collaborations, vouchers issued and redeemed, revenue, and average ROI. Data is broken down by branch and team member. Click Export to download reports (Collaborations, Vouchers, or Analytics) in CSV or XLSX format. Note: you must create an organization first.

White-Label Branding

Go to Settings → Branding to customize your identity. Upload your logo, set brand colors (primary and accent) via color picker or hex code, choose a custom subdomain (your-brand.collabpulse.app), and toggle options: remove CollabPulse branding, brand vouchers with your logo, and brand email notifications.

In Settings → API & Webhooks you can create API keys for external integrations (the full key is shown only once — copy it immediately). Add webhooks to receive automatic notifications when events happen: collaboration created/accepted/completed, voucher issued/claimed/redeemed, match created, or member joined/removed. Test webhooks with the Test button.

Audit Log

Settings → Audit Log shows a chronological record of all actions in your organization: who did what, to whom, and when. Useful for tracking team activity and compliance. The log is read-only.

Changing Your Name and Avatar

Go to Settings in the dashboard navigation. Under the "Profile" section, you can update your display name and avatar URL. Changes are saved immediately when you click "Save Profile". Your name appears in the navigation bar and on your business profile visible to partners.

Changing Your Password

In the Settings page, scroll to the "Password" section. Enter your current password to verify your identity, then type your new password and confirm it. Passwords must meet the minimum security requirements shown in the hint. Click "Change Password" to apply. If you signed up via Google, you may not have a password — use the Google sign-in option instead.

Business Profile Settings

Your business details (name, description, logo, location, category, audience types, and resources) can be updated any time from the Settings page under the "Business" section. Keeping your profile up to date improves the quality of partner suggestions and makes your business more attractive to potential collaborators.

I did not receive a verification email

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, wait a few minutes and try the "Resend email" option on the sign-in page. Ensure you typed your email address correctly during registration. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

My match disappeared

Accepted Answer

Matches can be removed if one of the businesses deletes their account or if the platform detects suspicious activity. If you believe this was an error, reach out to support with the name of the business you matched with.

A voucher code is not working

Accepted Answer

Ensure you are entering the code exactly as shown, including any hyphens (e.g. GYM-X7K2). Check that the voucher has not expired or been cancelled. If the issue persists, ask the customer to show you the original claim page and contact the issuing business.
