1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CollabPulse platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CollabPulse.
2. Eligibility
To use CollabPulse, you must be a registered business entity operating in compliance with applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Platform Usage
CollabPulse provides a platform for connecting businesses for micro-collaborations, co-marketing, partnerships, and joint ventures. The platform facilitates discovery and communication between businesses but does not guarantee the outcome of any collaboration. You agree to use the platform only for its intended lawful purposes.
5. Collaborations
All collaboration agreements are entered into directly between the participating businesses. CollabPulse is not a party to any such agreements and bears no responsibility for their performance or outcome. You are solely responsible for evaluating potential partners and negotiating the terms of any collaboration.
6. Vouchers
Vouchers issued through the CollabPulse platform are subject to the terms set by the issuing business. CollabPulse facilitates the creation and redemption of vouchers but is not responsible for honoring them. Misuse of the voucher system, including the creation of fraudulent or misleading vouchers, is strictly prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
The CollabPulse platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of CollabPulse. Users retain ownership of the content they create and share on the platform. By posting content, you grant CollabPulse a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the platform.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform for spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activity. Automated scraping, data mining, or unauthorized access to platform systems is strictly prohibited. CollabPulse reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations, including account suspension or termination.
9. Termination
CollabPulse may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
10. Pricing and Paid Features
The Service is currently provided free of charge during the testing period. However, the Administration reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscription plans, or service fees at any time in the future. Users will be notified of any pricing changes in advance via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after the introduction of paid features constitutes acceptance of the applicable pricing terms. No retroactive charges will be applied to users for functionality that was previously free.
11. Payment Data Protection
CollabPulse does not store, process, or have direct access to your payment card data. All payment processing is handled exclusively by certified third-party payment providers (such as Paddle, Stripe, or similar services) that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). By making a payment through the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment provider. CollabPulse bears no responsibility for the security of payment data processed by third-party providers.
12. Modifications to Terms
CollabPulse reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform and become effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
